The firm’s representation consists of: negotiating and preparing purchase and sale agreements; counseling clients with complex land acquisitions, financing and leasing; preparing commercial leases and loan documentation, reviewing and insuring title, handling closings, and attending zoning and administrative hearings on a number of land use, zoning and code enforcement matters. The firm also has extensive experience in various types of real estate litigation.
